Multiple issues tarnished the experience, including an unpleasant sewage smell in the first room that lingered despite attempts to mask it with air freshener. The frosted windows limit views and natural light, while the bathroom felt more like a dormitory setup. Street noise from Sukhumvit impacted relaxation, and the breakfast options fell short with limited selections.

The location is a great base for exploring Bangkok.

My stay was marred by persistent maintenance issues. I was moved from the first room due to loud plumbing noises, and the second room had a broken air conditioning unit. The experience was compounded by a lack of competent staff to adequately address these concerns, leaving me frustrated with customer service and the overall management of the hotel.

Exploring the vibrant city. The BTS Nana Station is literally steps away, making it easy to access various attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for my stay, although the kettle was a bit worn out. excellent value!

the location is gr8, super convenient and just a short walk to the bts station. the room was clean and comfy, really liked the bed. the lobby was nice and quiet so you can chill. staff were helpful and polite.

the ac was kinda not working well during my stay and the breakfast was a bit disappointing with limited options.
